Keto Kappuccino

Good coffee at any coffee shop can be quite the challenge.  After giving up sugar I am basically left with drinking black coffee although occasionally I will ask them for heavy whipping cream (un-whipped thank you!), but the calorie content can add up quickly if you do that a few time a day.

Today I am inspired to have a lil more fun with my coffee.  After all it’s “Sunday Funday” right!

My Vita Mix makes this an absolute dream but you can use any high speed blender and I’m thinking a blender stick will work just fine too.  In fact, a stick is what I used when making Bulletproof Coffee and it was fine.

This recipe is simple and delicious.  If it’s too complicated it doesn’t keep my attention for too long!

I’m calling this keto because it is… rightfully so.  I’m using heavy whipping cream (good quality) and strong coffee!

Keto Kappuccino

3/4 cup strong coffee (HOT!)

1/4 heavy cream

10 drops liquid vanilla stevia

1 shake of cinnamon

Place all the ingredients in your blender or Vita Mix.  Start slow and then increase speed.  Stay at high for about 10 seconds when it looks like it’s getting frothy!

Pour into your favorite mug, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
