Chocolate Fat Bombs!

Chocolate Almond Butter Bombs!!  One of my FAVS! It is soooo easy to have these on hand!!  They will still a craving and tickle your tummy!

Adapted from the book-Fat Fast Cookbook by Dana Carpender

1 bar of Lindt 85% Chocolate

8 Tablespoons of butter

3 Tablespoons of coconut oil

4 Tablespoons of almond butter

1 Tablespoon of coconut cream (or heavy whipping cream)

Sugar substitute equal to 6 teaspoons of sugar (I used Xylitol granules, it’s grainy, not horrible, but I will use a liquid stevia next time)

1/2 of nuts (I used pecans- it’s what I had on hand)

1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave. Add the remaining ingredients, except the nuts and mix until smooth.

2. Add nuts and pour into paper baking cups, silicone cups, or like I used, my silicone teddy bear mold.  Use about 2 to 3 teaspoons per cup or mold.

3. Freeze until solid. Store in the freezer or a cold fridge.

** these treats will NOT travel well unless you live in the Arctic **
