Bunless Keto Bacon Burgers

I’ve got a glut of burger hanging around the house this weekend and it’s time for food prep.  After cruising my fridge, I noticed that I had about a pound of bacon ends in the fridge.

Bacon ends can be bought at almost any grocery store. They are the scraps from making pretty bacon and usually have a lot of fat.  We like that.

The cost is so inexpensive, how can you pass up bacon ends?  Marry this stuff with burger and you’ve got something!

I’ll give you the “make-up” and let you run with it.  We aren’t doing bread around here even if it’s gluten free, but suit yourself!

Rhonda’s Bunless Bacon Burgers

3lbs burger

1lb bacon ends chopped

1 Tablespoon onion powder

1 Tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon white pepper

2 teaspoons Himalayan sea salt

2 Tablespoons of REAL butter (Kerry Gold preferred)

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

  1. In small batches, grind the chopped bacon ends in your food processor until it starts to resemble coarse sausage (featured picture).
  2. Mix your meats thoroughly together.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Form your patties and bbq or fry.  Either method is going to produce a juicy tender tasty burger!
