The Low Calorie Noodle!

Glucomannan found in Shirataki noodles may help you lose weight and improve health.

Largely composed of water and glucomannan, a water-soluble dietary fiber, they are very low in carbohydrates and calories, and have little flavor of their own.

If you are looking for a quick lunch or just need your noodle fix, this just may be for you.  The noodles will smell a bit fishy but a few rinses with water will quickly edge out any foul smells!

Personally, I love this noodle!  It takes on any broth flavorings and can easily manage a mac n cheese recipe!
